Kudos to Kia. I was reading Marketing magazine who reported on what has been called the “2007 Promise Index”, developed by Brand Agency Promise. The index measures the difference between the image consumers have of a brand and the actual experience. I’ve heard some good things about Kia recently and they should be pretty chuffed that their product was the highest car manufacturer in the index. They came 7th place showing that they have a product that is clearly performing signifcantly above consumers expectation.
The one other car manufacturer in the top 20 list was Jaguar (19th) which is indicative of the great job they have done with the XK and the XF.

Mmmm, well… that’s ok, as long as Avis UK don’t even think of doing what Avis Israel did and get any Kia’s for the fleet…
I have owned a Kia Rio for 21/2 years and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever had. It has NEVER let me down. I look forward to seeing them on fleet.
I have just found out that Kia have a blog. It even has contributions from their CEO who is actively encouraging customer feedback. So if you want to be heard by the top brass at Kia then this is the place to do it! The blog can found at http://www.kia-buzz.com
