Hi Robert,

You are right, our Audi A4’s no longer have Sat-Nav included, but there is the option of hiring a Portable Sat Nav from the Avis Location.

If I am not mistaken none of Avis’s A4’s come with built in Sat-Nav anymore, but you can hire a TomTom from them.

I’d like to hire an A4 with automatic gear and integrated GPS at Edinburgh airport (May 29th to June 1st). I called Avis at Edinburgh airport and got the answer that this choice is not available. In this blog I get the feeling that this should be possible. Can you help me on this?

I’m afraid that for those dates the automatic A4 isn’t available. We do have other automatics in fleet for those dates but not the A4.

I wish to hire an Automatic A4 for the period 25 March to 2 April from Heathrow. However there only seems to be the manual version available for these dates. Could there be a problem with the website or is it just the manuals available from Heathrow on these dates?

The Audi A4’s that are currently being delivered on to our fleet for 2010 are the ‘SE’ Model. This includes the Automatic’s.
