Our flight was on time but only one car was ready. We were given all the sales talk about CDW Insurance which was fair enough, in this talk we were advised that we had a choice regarding petrol. To return the vehicle full with no charge or return it and the fuel used would be calculated. All vehicles were returned requiring fuel and although the tanks were over half full were charged for a full tank. One of our drivers was so unhappy that he drove to the nearest petrol station so that he was not part of the AVIS SCAM. Not very professional service.
